Pchak or Pichak (Uzbek. Pichoq - “knife”) is the national knife of the Central Asian peoples - Uzbeks and Uyghurs. Traditionally, it has a straight wide blade made of carbon steel with a wedge-shaped cross-section with one-sided sharpening, sometimes with a narrow valley along the butt.
